Well, i made it through day 1. I wonder if it's the easiest day because that's when the intention
is being fulfilled. Day 2 is before me and i'm wondering HOW i'm going to do this while having
to prepare cooked foods for my toddler. And yummy food at that. Well i suppose i can give him raw foods as well, but i haven't yet set up my raw food laboratory to fill his buddha belly. So water, tea, fruits, and salads it is. You know the funny thing about this is that many people just assume that i'm healthier than most because my language reflects that of a healthy food fanatic and movement enthusiast. Even though i do support healthy living, i don't practice it regularly. There are a few reasons driving my will to proceed.
- I want to discipline my thoughts -mind over matter.
- I want to feel relaxed and flexible in my spirit, mind, and body.
- I want to kick my sugar addiction.
- People want and need my services and expertise. I want to know first hand what i'm prescribing to my clients through daily practice.
You become what you eat. Let food be your medicine. Medicine is for healing.
